Ethnographic museum (Arteta)

This contains ethnographic artefacts from right across the historical landscape of Navarre, from the medieval age up to the arrival of automation (1930s-1940s), with collections representative of traditional ways of life (metal forging in particular), crafts (mainly of wood and clay), toys and clothing. The house in which it is located, Fanticorena, was built in 1668 and is itself one of the highlights of the visit, since it is constructed according to folk culture. The Museum displays some pieces of its founder and current director, the sculptor José Ulibarrena Arellano.
